Our key-holding and alarm response service provides complete reassurance when you are away from your premises. And, as a Security Industry Authority (SIA) approved contractor, we exceed all the required standards for provision of this service.
We eliminate the need to allocate and manage internal key holders as it’s not always convenient to have people on standby for those unexpected alarm activations. Not to mention the safety aspect. What if the activation turns out to be a genuine break in?
By allowing Custodian Guards to become your nominated key holding responder you will remove the risk altogether. We will send trained SIA licensed mobile security officers to handle the incident rather than exposing your staff to a potentially dangerous situation. If it is a false alarm it saves the inconvenience of staff turning out to the premises out of hours.
When we receive activation we will send a vehicle with the keys to your premises. Our security officers will then investigate the cause of the activation and deal with the incident.
Should we discover a break in we will remain at the premises and wait for the police to arrive, liaising with the emergency services on your behalf. If we discover a false activation we will simply reset the alarm and leave your property
secure. We record everything and will send you a full report the following day.
