Custodian Guarding Company (CGC) a leading provider of high quality Security Services across the United Kingdom, has received its registration from ACS Registrars after they assessed the company’s quality system and found it to be in compliance with International Standard ISO9001: 2008.
ISO 9001 is a quality assurance model made up of 20 sets of quality system requirements. This model applies to organisations that design, develop, produce, install, and service products or services. ISO expects organisations to apply this model, and to meet these requirements, by developing a quality system. CGC have developed a quality system and manual designed to support this policy. Director Andy Herbert said "We have always had a strict quality control system, but the additional structure of the ISO 9001 system has helped us to improve our on time delivery to greater than 99% and customer satisfaction to 98%. Becoming an ISO registered company is a natural extension of our quality and service commitment. Customers can feel confident that our services are delivered in line with prescribed standard compliance because they know that we follow internationally accepted standards for quality."
